Upper Knee: Measure approximately
14 cm (5.5 in) above the center of your kneecap.
Lower Knee: Measure approximately
12 cm (4.7 in) below the center of your kneecap.
Measuring Position: Bend your knee
approximately 30 degrees while measuring with a
flexible tape measure.
Note: Allow for a manual measurement
tolerance of approximately 1–2 cm (0.4–0.8 in).
